Complete Innovations Inc. and Shipping Pal Announce Strategic Parternship
12/13/2005

Toronto, ONT. – December 13, 2005 – Today, Complete Innovations Inc. and Shipping Pal Corp., are pleased to announce their collaboration to integrate the Courier Complete Web Component and the Shipping Pal online logistics service, providing Courier Complete customers with free integration into the Shipping Pal system.

Complete Innovations Inc., developers of Courier Complete, an easy-to-use, Windows-based courier operations solution, are the industry leaders in logistics management systems, providing mission critical solutions specifically designed for the courier, messenger, expediting and distribution industries across North America. Shipping Pal is an innovative online shipment ordering system which allows users to instantly receive a selection of rates and delivery times from a variety of service providers, and purchase these services online. Shipping Pal is currently in Beta development, with an anticipated launch date in Spring 2006.

“As online business transactions grow in popularity, so does the demand for a greater range in delivery options,” says Hardin Jackson, President/CEO of Shipping Pal Corp. “In addition to providing a greater range in flexibility of services for our customers, we will be actively marketing the benefits of the service providers involved – it’s a win-win situation.”

Shipping Pal service providers use a simple XML protocol, integrated with the Courier Complete online ordering system, to respond to requests for quotes from Shipping Pal users. This allows them to reach a huge, untapped market of customers who otherwise would be relying on the dominant larger courier companies. The customer wins too, by having access to competitive quotes and a greater range of services that are available from the larger firms.

“Shipping Pal is a mass-marketing solution for all small and mid-sized courier companies. It brings great value to Courier Complete customers giving them access to new markets and business that they would not otherwise be able to obtain. It allows them to compete on a level playing field with market leaders such as UPS, Fed Ex and DHL,” says Tony Lourakis, President and CEO of Complete Innovations Inc.

Participation in Shipping Pal is free for all shipping companies who use Courier Complete, and can be configured in less than one business day. This is a great opportunity for shipping companies to reach a mass market and grow their business without cost or risk. Shipping Pal is a company’s portal into the internet shipping market. Potential customers include:

• e-commerce websites
• online auctions
• shipping departments of mid-sized and large corporations
• anyone who wants to ship a package but doesn’t have an account with a courier company

Shipping Pal users say: “Shipping Pal has streamlined my whole process of shipping and receiving. I can track my shipments easily, and can deal with multiple courier companies without having to chase down waybills and details. And I don’t need a separate terminal for every courier company I deal with – all those terminals and printers have been replaced by a single internet connection.” (Samantha Angel, Manager, SkyeLiving – www.skyeliving.com)
