Tony Lourakis
President and CEO and Co-Founder


Tony is an entrepreneur who brings to Complete Innovations an in depth understanding of software design and development.

Tony founded his first company, Canlogic Solutions, while still a student at the school of Computer Studies at Seneca College where he focused on Software Development and System Analysis and Design. Canlogic Solutions was a first level systems support house and IT solutions provider focused on servicing small to medium-sized companies. As a result of his work at Canlogic, the opportunity for Courier Complete was identified and in 1998, Tony, in partnership with Andrew Merisanu, led the initiative to develop the courier industry’s first easy to use, affordable Microsoft Windows-based software. In 2003, Courier Complete was ranked the 9th fastest growing company in Canada by Profit magazine.

Building on the expansion and growth of the Courier Complete product line, Tony piloted the launch of Fleet Complete, a fleet and mobile management software, and directed the company in a name change to Complete Innovations Inc. in 2005. Currently, Complete Innovations Inc. has over 300 customers throughout North America and its various international resellers.

Tony is a member of several trade organizations including the Messenger and Courier Association of the Americas. He was named as a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for 2004.


Andrew Merisanu
VP, Research and Development, Co-Founder

Andrew worked with Tony at Canlogic (Tony’s first company) and was instrumental in identifying the opportunity for the Courier Complete solution. Andrew’s day-to-day responsibilities are focused on research and development; he is the chief software architect for all of Complete Innovations products.

Andrew graduated with honors from the School of Computer Studies at Seneca College. He has ten years of software development experience.


Christy Dagonas
Director of Marketing

Christy Dagonas joined the Complete Innovations' team as the Director of Marketing in 2004. In her role, she is responsible for all aspects of marketing including corporate product strategy and positioning, marketing communications, promotions, channel and partner development, and aligning these with the company's corporate goals. Christy is a graduate from Queen's University with a Bachelor of Commerce and also holds a certificate of special events management from Humber College. She is active in the local community assisting various non-profit organizations with the planning and execution of their fundraising events.

Jamal Raza
Courier Complete Product Director

Jamal Raza has over ten years of experience in software development, business analysis, project management and client management. Before joining Complete Innovations, Jamal ran his own custom software solutions company for more than four years with many very satisfied clients. Before launching his own company, Jamal was CTO for a leading custom software solutions company. Jamal has bachelors in computer science from Hastings College in Nebraska. His strong technical, innovative management and entrepreneurial skills are of a great asset to Complete Innovations.

Dror Nir
Fleet Complete Product Director

Dror has been with Complete Innovations Inc. since January 2005. His responsibilities include the management of the Fleet Complete business unit, from product vision to execution, directing all relationships with key partners, providing technical support to deferent departments and mentoring the sales team. Dror brings to Complete Innovations 10 years of wireless experience, 8 years of project management (with projects including the new Terminal One in Pearson Airport) and 5 years of product development in the LBS market. Dror is a Captain in the Israeli defense force (IDF) and has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Tessie Thalassinos
Controller

Tessie Thalassinos has been part of the Complete Innovations’ team since January 2004. Her duties consist of all financial activities, human resources and administration. Tessie is a graduate of Humber College with an Accountancy Diploma and has completed her 3rd level of the CGA Program. She has been working in a financial background for 16 years bringing a tremendous amount of experience to Complete Innovations Inc.
