Fuel Fast

Fuel Fast is a fully automated Fuel Management System, which ensures that only authorized vehicles are dispensed fuel. The system records the date and time of every transaction, odometer readings, engine hours, fuel quantity, fuel type, dispenser number, vehicle I.D. as well as other optional vehicle information. Fuel Fast guards against unauthorized use of refueling services and permits secured unmanned dispensing of fuel.

The basic Fuel Fast system is composed of three sub-systems: a Vehicle Identification Unit (VIU) that is installed at the vehicle, a station sub-system, and a remotely located host computer. The system is based on vehicle recognition, thus it is ideal for unmanned fueling operation. The fuel that is dispensed into an authorized vehicle is recorded by the system and reported against the appropriate account. There is no need for charge slips, cards, keys, keypad entries or any other driver inputs to activate the system, however should a requirement for cards or keys arise, the Fuel Fast system is fully capable of activating fuel transaction with keys, cards or pin pad entry.

The Fuel Fast system completely eliminates paperwork and integrates smoothly with other fleet management systems to generate meaningful reports.
