Position: Customer Service or Technical Support Analyst

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible on a daily basis to troubleshoot problems and provide complete solutions to ensure that customer satisfaction is attained. Working closely with other members of the Customer Service or Technical Support team to resolve challenging technical issues, you will use your technical and customer service knowledge to provide support and training to Courier Complete™ and Fleet Complete™ customers.

Responsibilities:
You will be determined and sales focused with exceptional analytical, communication, presentation and business writing skills. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated success in closing deals, converting target accounts to new business and achieving monthly sales quotas.

Position: Senior .NET Developer

Responsibilities:
The senior .Net Developer contributes to the completion of project deliverables and is accountable for the analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of applications. The candidate will have previous hands on experience of at least 5 years with VB.Net /C# development, Object Oriented Design and Development, SQL Server 2005/2008, .NET Remoting and Web Services and must be able to work under a strict deadline.
